  • A major factor in the building of the Music Conservatory Building at WVWC, now known as the English Annex
  • Director of Musical Department (Ohio Normal University) 1879-1889
  • Director of Conservatory of Music in Findlay College 1889-1899
  • Resigned due to poor health in 1906
