    • 1921 yearbook from the University of Missouri indicates that during college she was a member of Mortar Board, the Y.W.C.A. cabinet in 1919 and 1920, and a member of the Women’s Executive Council.
    • First women in St. Louis area to be selected for U.S. Naval Reserve. She served from 1943-45 during World War II and returned for another year during the Korean Conflict. She retired from the military as a Lieutenant Commander
    • Professor of Sociology and Anthropology and Director of Counseling at Lindenwood College (Missouri) from 1922-1948
    • Served as the President of the St. Louis Branch of the National Vocational Guidance Association while teaching at LIndenwood College
    • Long-time member of the American College Personnel Association
